The Belkin Cinema Folio with Stand for New Apple iPad 3rd Generation is one of the best compromises between size and protection. I have bought Apple cover for mu iPad 3, but it doesn't protect the back of the tablet. So I get this cover and I am totally pleased with it.
* I insistes on the leather cover and Belkin Cinema Folio does have. The materials are high quality, but with a little expensive.
* Its black part, feeling like craft foam, covers the back of the new tablet
* Works without issue with autosleep function for me. But there is an issue with that magnet. You can only shut off the new iPad when the lid was pressed perfectly straight. The new iPad switchs itself on when it is just laying on a table from the little bend in the top cover. If you have the issue, contacte Belkin customer service to do a replacement. That might be fixed by now.
* When you put the iPad in or out of the case, there is no issue with this case scratching it. When you are on the road, it protects the iPad from moderately rough handling.
* Four plastic clips securely hold the iPad in place.
* The adjustable stand customizes to your personal viewing preference and works sufficiently.
* The black part of the case looks like a rubberized texture while the blue part has a faux leather feel.
