* The leather looks professional and feels luxurious, so it's lightweight. There was some controversy in whether or not this is true leather. If you want to get quality rawhide leather, you must pay upwards of $100 for a case.
* Back Camera hole cutout. All iPad ports/connections can be full accessed.
* Automatically wakes and puts the iPad 3 to sleep.
* The addition of a loop for your stylus is a really nice addition.
