* If you need to get a typing position, just let it lay all the way against the lip on the cover.
* The corners of the iPad have a satisfying grip, so you don't slip it out.
* Excellent customer service. They will ship you a replacement if it has issues, without you having to do anything.
* Wish it had a stylus holder.
